This website, https://daygo.com.my, is operated by CC Select Enterprise, registration number 202603263841 (003896788-V), trading as DAYGO. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CC Select Enterprise.

These terms apply to purchases made through this website. Please read them together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy. If a term conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that right takes precedence.

Product information

Please review the product description, pack quantity, size guide and care or use instructions before purchase. Screen settings and lighting can affect how product colours appear. This does not excuse supplying products that materially differ from their description.

DAYGO disposable underwear is intended for personal use in accordance with its packaging instructions. Product descriptions do not constitute medical advice or a promise to prevent or treat disease.

Prices and payment

Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), unless clearly indicated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and any taxes collected by us will be shown before payment.

Online payments are processed through the payment options shown at checkout, including HitPay where available. Your payment provider may apply its own terms or conversion charges.

Orders and availability

Submitting an order does not guarantee stock availability. We will notify you if an item cannot be supplied and arrange an appropriate refund for any unavailable paid item.

An automated receipt acknowledges your order; acceptance is confirmed when we confirm fulfilment or dispatch. If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not charge you an increased price without your agreement. If the order cannot proceed, amounts paid for the cancelled items will be refunded.

Changes and cancellations

Contact daygo.cs@gmail.com immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will review whether fulfilment has begun and confirm what is possible. We do not guarantee changes once an order has been packed or dispatched. This does not affect any cancellation or other rights required by law.

Promotions

Promotions are subject to their stated eligibility, dates and conditions. Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Changes to future prices or promotions do not change already accepted orders.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping arrangements are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Return and refund arrangements are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Hygiene restrictions do not remove non-excludable rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

Website use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with its operation. Website text, branding, photographs and other content belong to us or their respective rights holders. Permission is required for reproduction beyond uses permitted by law.

Responsibility

We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law. We do not exclude liability or consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded. Website interruptions and third-party service delays will be addressed reasonably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Malaysian law, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to your purchase. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve an issue. Nothing prevents you from using an applicable consumer tribunal, regulator or court.

We may update these terms for future website use and purchases. The terms applicable to your order are those in effect when that order was placed.
